Today I am thankful for my favorite season...Autumn.
This has always been my favorite season and always will be. I love being able to see the leaves on the trees and plants turn various colors...the rustiness of the yellow, orange and red. I love being able to see the leaves fall from the trees, being carried off with the wind. That is something that has always been so magical to me. I love the crispiness of the air, and the ability to wear big warm sweaters. (Even though I still try wearing them during the Summer.) I love the feeling of wanting to curl up in a corner and read a good book while drinking good coffee that warms you up.
Autumn seems to be the start of something new, even though everything is dying away. It is such an inspiring season. I really wish that it would stay around longer, because I could really do with more of it! I don't think I could ever get tired of Autumn. I am thankful for the beauty that God shows us with this.
Thank you Autumn, for being so lovely...
"There is something incredibly nostalgic and significant about the annual cascade of Autumn leaves."
